If you had the power to genetically engineer a human what gene would you adsd to the human and where would you get it from?

What are the advantages and disadvantages of your genetically modifed human.

Of some risk to others, and may be a snatcher.... but an awesome ambassidor for the sea life centre, and SETI :)

I would never support the genetic alteration of human beings. There is too much evil that could come from this. I can understand the argument supporting genetic alteration for the purpose of removing or avoiding lethal genes, but I would not do this to my child. There is too much racism and hate in this world for this ability to be the hands of humans.
