Power walk for losing weight?

I'm just wondering when u say power walk, is it fast walking? If so, how long would it take to see the results from walking for an hour, 5 times a day? I'm 16, I'm about 5'0 & I weight about 51-52 kg. I've been trying to lose weight & toned my legs (not bulk) a good slim legs.

will power walk helps? I also need to tone my arms what dumbbell exercise should I do? i need advice plzz...

  1. power walks help but you have to do twice as much work and eat healthy also if you want to  do dumb bell exercises you should try walking with the dumb bells in your hands


  2. Well, I am no expert on losing weight, but I have a friend of mine who weighed 300 pounds and would walk outside everyday for about 3-4 miles per day for about 8 months and lost 100lbs. I think when it comes to losing weight it's all about sweating off the pounds.

  4. um if you want to lose weight power walking helps..power walking is basically a faster paced walk with either weights in your hand..to help increase your chances of losing weight you should eat healthy too and cut soda for water and cut down to 2 meals a day with small lite snacks in between
