Power wash in the basement?

We want to buy a house that has a dirty basement. Can we use a power wash to clean it? And how to do that safely?

Yes you can use a power washer but you have to have a place in the basement were the water is going to drain

you can do it just stay away from electrical and vac up the water with a wet vac
