Question

Power will not stay on. If I open the front door (Toner Compactment) The paoer stays on, with the instroction to close the front door appearig on the display.
If I slowly close the front door with the left side fully contacting the magnet and the right sight barely touching the magnight the power stays on. As soon as the right sight of the fron door contacts its magnet, the power shots down.
Please help.
