How can create a PowerLine (PLC) network between two buildings which its distance is more than 200meter.

  1. First you'll need to determine if the two buildings are served from the same utility transformer.  If so, you should be able to use off-the-shelf PLC networking equipment.

    Unfortunately with a distance of 200 meters, I suspect the two buildings have separate transformers.  In that case the PLC just got WAY more complicated.  The PLC signal will not pass through the windings of the utility transformers.

    If the two buildings have line of sight between them, how about using a point-to-point 802.11_ connection?  Using two old satellite dish antennas, you can aim the two at each other and build a wireless tie between the buildings.
