PowerShot A630 Video Question?

Im trying to make a 10 min video with my A630 Powershot I can get it to tape But i cant get it to pause It just makes a new video. Next question is there any software out there that will let me edit the images off my memory card?

It sounds like you're trying to edit the video in the camera - that's almost impossible to do well and you're making life much too difficult for yourself.  Just copy the video files to your PC and then edit them using Windows Movie Maker.  When you're shooting your video, start the camera before the action starts and stop it a couple of seconds after it's finished.  If you've got the opportunity to film it twice, take it!
