Powerboat instructor course?

how much experiance do you need before taking the rya powerboat course. also are there any qualifications you must have before taking the course.

You need no experience at all,i took it last year with three more people that had never even steered a boat.Had a brilliant time learning how to handle a fast boat both at sea and in confines of marina etc,also learned how to plot and navigate from charts etc,dont know what area you are in but i went with Tiger bay training at penarth marina ,cardiff bay,wales.I can reckommend them,(and the rib that you learn in goes like the clappers)Great fun..

The less experience you have the more instruction you will need.

The only qualification you need is money.
