Powerpack for my computer. please answer?

i just got a kensington powerpack for my laptop because i broke my other powercord. on the bottom of the powerpack there is a switch. i have to switch it to 15 volts, but it wont budge. i cant figure out how to get it to switch. it is at 17-20 volts right now, and i cant get it to 15. any suggesstions?
