  1. Its obvious people are going to say keep at it. And Im no different! You have worked hard for your position and it would be a waste of talent to give it up. If you have sensitive skin now-a-days theres always a cheap, quick fix in the chemist so do a little searching if you dont feel upto seeing a dermotoligist (whats the bet I spelt that wrong!). I also love tennis and its a hard sport to forget about so quitting will make you crave it and I think you'll find a little later you will think to yourself "Why the h**l did I give up that position for some stupid face allergy?" So DONT let that happen! Well I hope that helped a little with your decision and best of luck for the future!

  2. if you really love it, don't quit! get some skin protector and you'll be fine!

  3. Always apply sunscreen about 10 minutes you play, and if your playing a match, reapply after every time you switch sides. if you are at a practice, reapply the sunscreen every time you get a water break. constantly reapplying sunscreen will protect you from the suns harmful rays and will reduce your risk of sun burn and sun poisoning. trust me, i know how hot it gets in the summer. but if you jsut do this, you won'y have to worry about being burned. Good luck with your team and i hope this helps :)

  4. Don't quit. You've made it into a team and did a lot of practice and put a lot of effort in. Don't quit.

  5. Talk to a dermatologist about your skin and see what they can do to help.

Or find an alternative to tennis. At my school, to try out for teams, everyone's required to have a physical, so you should check to see if you're fit enough to play a sport.
