i was wondering if there is any one out there thats lives in Melbourne, Australia that could help me out i am lookin for a rental property and i am havin no luck is there an organisation that can help me find a house??

real estate agents are your best bet....any and all of the major ones, most of them have online websites where they list rentals available, just google real estate agents, victoria australia and go from there

good luck with your search though, the rental market is psychotic at the moment, my agent was telling me the other day there are approxiamtely about 30 people applying for each house she is offering and that appears to be a statewide thing. rent prices have increased majorly too though, so dont expect to find anything cheap unless you plan to share house.

there really isnt an organisation that helps find rental accomodation, there are some that hep you find share accomodation though.

I am also looking for 4 to 5 bedroom in Melbourne CBD went on Gumtree and some Dude in Aberdeen Scotland sent me pics and contract and address and wanted me to wire money by Western union then he will post keys by Fedx i talked to him via phone no he gave me i went twice to house a two storey mansion in Kew all looking good but after further investigation i found that he did not own property that people live in property and that is a scam... Fed police are on it now Be CAREFUL ! PS i didnt send any money as i always investigate everything !

have u tried to rental agency like barry plant,ray white,run.....n there r so many advertisement on http://www.realestate.com.au about rental properties.
