Ppv help!! forgot my code...what should i do?? charter??

Hey. i wanted to watch a movie. and i press purchase. and it asked for a code. i asked Everyone in my family what the code was and they didnt know. my cable company is charter... So what should i do??

Get the bill payer to request a new code by calling 1-888-438-2427.

There should also be a code in the upper right corner of the billing statement.
