So.. i've done swimteam for quite a few years now and this hasn't happened before. During practice my suit strap is rubbing on my neck and it hurts and the worst part is that it looks like a hikki. I know how to make it not happen, but we did a workout for longer strokes yesterday and it happened again. It looks like a hickey and so i have to wear my hair down so my teachers wont get mad at me at school, but i just want to wear my hair up tomorrow since i have to get to school at 6am to lift weights. Any advice on how to get rid of hickeys/swimsuit burns quickly would be nice. thanks♥
