  1. they make special thing where you put it around your waist and its atached to the volleyball so when you searve, hit, or set it it will bounce back to you, that way you can hit it, it won't break anything, or hit anything and you won't have to shagg the ball:

and you can loook them up on the internat  or on eBay to see if you can find any cheaper ones.

  2. Well.. you can buy weights... hold them in your hand and SLOWLY imagine your self serving. Do 10 reps and 3 sets... these will make your arms stronger. It may not feel like a volleyball but it sure will strengthen your arms and believe me.. your serves will be tough and hard to pass.

Buy a tennis ball and throw it up in the air then catch it and follow through ... follow through fast and by the time your back in the gym you can use that to advantage when youre hitting.

Other than that i dont really know how you can practice serving inside... these are the only things i can do since i live in a rainy city.

  3. Buy a basketball net (or if you can find a "basket" for volleyball), and hang your volleyball in it over the ceiling. Hit it without tossing the ball. It would not be real, but at least you could get the hang of it.

You can also practice spiking against a wall, or your sofa. Don't tell you parents that I suggested it, lol.
