  1. I would find whatever classes you can and see which teacher is better. You could find out that A is more brutal overall but then the teacher in your area doesn't teach it that way...

    Or maybe A is more brutal but the teacher doesn't really care about the students, etc... So, find a good teacher. That is paramount!


  2. i really dont know but muay thai is used by more pro mma fighters
