Question

Yes My watch stoped working and the 24 hour hand came off. I bought this watch new for almost $500 and only wore it about 30 times and I am not to happy that I cannot find anyone willing to work on it. I have been several places Jewelers and such. I hope I did not buy some cheap knock off!! Could you please help me resolve this problem? I love the watch and only wish I could wear it once again. It is a beautiful and fun piece.
