Question:

Praise and blame according to Aristotle

Alright, I understand well that Aristotle differs actions as voluntary, involuntary, and so on. He also makes distinction of when we can blame/praise people according to that. But does he, himself, believe it's right to blame/praise people? I am looking at his Nicomachean ethics, and I can't figure this out.
