Prank Calling problems..Can You help me?

Ok well i have been having prank calls on my phone lately. So finally I called the phone company and they put a tracer on the phone, so can find out where and who is making these phone calls. Now does this tracer tell the # and who's name is in the phone???? What if the person can block the # can the tracer still figure out where the calls are coming from? And can this tracer work with cell phones too? and can the tracer trace of who's name is in the cell phone or no? cuz i know on my caller I.D my friends with cell phones call and it doesnt come up exactly there name is comes up New York state or verizon, or blue wireless, so will this tracer give the name of the person and there number?

Yes, the phone companies will trace for legal reasons, and since the telecommunications industry is one huge conglomerate it is very easy for them to share information with each other.  Tracers can retrieve name, phone number, address.

The Tracer can track down the address of the person calling you, Their name, Their Phone number.It Dosnt matter if the person blocks the phone number. The cellphone is operated by a sattelite in which who ever is usingg this tracer can see every detail and move the person makes
