  1. If the police have nothing better to do then go after a prank caller, I would move to a new town.

  2. i think it's under "harassment" or "disturbing the peace" or something...if you're going to prank call people, then make your number restricted. =D

  3. Are you talking about doing somethink like using spoofcard.com? If you are, then no. If you don't know what I'm talking about use that. You get a free trial of calling whoever you want listing whatever number you want too. It's just like faking your caller id. It's easy, legal, and the first time is free!

But otherwise, I honestly doubt that you could get into legal trouble for prank calling.

However, if you are constantly calling and being obscene. If tracked, that is harrassment.

  4. depends on what your doing and it would be a misdemeanor probably under falsification or stolen identity.

  5. It depends but you should not do it.

  6. I don't know what it would be filed under, but if someone can't take a joke they could definitely get you in trouble if they wanted to.

  7. It depends on where you live but in my town the report is called "Harassing Comunications".

  8. yes, terrorism, 25 to life at a secret gov prison camp.

  9. LOL, they wont even pursue it, its a prank call, if youre worried dont be

  10. it would be filed under harassment.

  11. yes you can, probably something along the lines of disturbing the peace

  12. just don't threaten them

  13. unless you threaten the person legally theres nothing a cop can do but if u call over a certain amount of time it then becomes harrasment which u have to take classes for and pay a fine usually but if its a legitament threat ur screwed then it becomes conspiracy to commit a terrorist act.

  14. well if u type in *67 before the phone number no one can track you.

  15. Yes. It's like false identity.

And it also matters what you said.
