Prank call with my number as anonymous?

Is there a way to bypass those people that block anonymous callers ID. Because i really want to prank call someone but i do not want them to know my number and they have got anonymous calls blocked.

*67 and the number.

out here in Louisiana we have BellSouth/ATT and that code is *67 then dial the number.  but that won't work if they have privacy blocked.

Another way is to get a pre-paid phone card and see when you use it where the number generates from.
