Prank calls getting out of hand?

Ok so there is these two girls who know my cell number and will not stop prank calling me, it is a non stop thing, they will just call all the time and leave me dumb messages. my mother found out and she thinks we should call these two girls parents, I think that is tattling and I am afraid these girls will tell everybody that I had my mom call theirs and tell on them . should i let my mother tell theirs or not.

I wouldn't let my mom do anything. I would ignore them. If that didn't work, I'd change my number. If you have caller ID and pick up when they call tell them to f**k off in a calm manner and immediately hang up, or just hang up. Don't give em to much of a reaction, though.

have you told them to knock it off? if they dont listen to you then let em know that your mom is getting pissed and is going to call their parents if they dont stop being annoying.

You can have the numbers blocked.  Of course, then they might just call from another number.  Don't have your mom call anyone.  After a few weeks of this, and without any reaction out of you, they will get bored of it.

Edit: Oh jeez, don't tell the principal.  What does the principal and the school have to do with some girls pranking your cell phone? Nothing.  It's like if someone was ding-dong ditching our house and I knew who it was and I call the SCHOOL to tell on them.  Oh, ok.....

Why don't you ask your cell phone company to change your phone number - that way you won't have these girls prank calling you and you won't have to worry about being bugged for ratting them out.

I think you can report the phone numbers to your cell phone company and they can do something about it.

Why don't you try to call your cell phone company and see if they will change your number? Usually they will do it for free if you explain your situation. Then I'd be careful to who I gave the number to. If they do it *again*, then I would say something to the parents.

i think you should just have your mother block both of their numbers so they cannot call you. or go to the school and present the issue to the principal and he can handle, without the girls knowing that your mother told

well i would do is tell them to stop but if they still do it i would tell them ur mom because i had the same problem in kindergarten but they called me cry baby so i told them to stop they ceped calling me it and i told the mom i didn't care if they called me a tattle tale because they didn't call me a cry baby anny more

Have your number changed, most cellphone companies will do it for free if you are being harassed. Most time telling mothers want help only temp.

You can call the number of your service, like Verizon, and they'll block the numbers for you.
