Prank calls??!?

I just got a call from a blocked ID that said some shitt like if you don't answer your phone imma chop yo ***** *** up. and dont make me come to your house. random c**p like that. is that like a prank thing or serious cynical bullshit?

That sounds pretty bad to me, I would probably threaten to call the police if it happens again, if you can, record the next call if you have to have the police trace the call I think they can or your phone company might be able to if you tell them whats happening.
