Prank phone call question?

If you call someone and they say they are going to call the cops on you can you get in trouble? Even if it's on restricted can they still find you?

Yes... phone companies keep records of all calls made to any phone. Homeland security will be knocking on your door in the next 20 minutes! They can trace the call using their satellites too.

most prank callers are smart enough to use there computer to do it! like voice.yahoo.com or skype...!

even if you use *67...the phone company still have a record of that call....date/time etc.
