How bout the classics. Hand in warm water, saran wrap on the toilet, sprayer taped on, exploding gum. (yes you can really buy exploding gum.) Lets not forget: Shocking pens. :)

edit: You guuyz....hahaha...I think harmless pranks are the best. Got one! I've done this twice. Go in her room, lock the door,and make a lot of noise saying that you're trashing it, but don't actually do anything. In the end, nothing bad really happened, all you did is stress her out. She'll probably be even more mad. hahahah...Don't blame stuff on her, that's infuriating. That'll just teach her that it's okay or whatever. Younger sisters can be very impressionable/easily influenced. The ones I've met anyhoo.

Revenge is never a nice concept. Yes, she can be frustrating, annoying, and even infuriating. But would you like being on the receiving end of revenge?

Then again, there are pranks you can pull on your sister that won't actually hurt her...Like going into her room and switching around which clothes are in which drawers. Or 'helpfully' rearranging her books on her shelves.

tell her u can make her hand smell like whatvr food she likes. rub her hand, say weird words, etc. tell her 2 smel it. then wen she puts hr hand up, smak it.
