Praying Mantis and winter ????

What do they eat ? I have never had one before and now I have two and don't know what to expect. So please give any helpful information you can, thanks!

How big are they? I have one that is, like, 2 inches but it started out teeny tiny! We feed him crickets now but will need to buy some during the winter. If they are still small by that time I would suggest getting flightless fruit flies. They are perfect for those little guys! The mantises will shed so don't touch them when they are.

just try giving them crickets! they sell them at pet stores, or try giving it moths, flys and other stuff
