  1. Add to the list damiana for the low libido, zinc for over-all sexual health and libido, too and good nutrition emphasizing protein, healthy fats, and not too many simple carbs.  Are you on any meds. that low libido might be a side effect of?  Have you checked this w/ your doctor?  Also, have you considered a change of sexual partner(s)?  Sometimes chronic worry, stress, fears, anxieties, illness will mess w/ or destroy the libido as well.  Have you been ill, or are you under an excessive amount of stress?  Do you have a non-supportive, critical, or not loving and helpful partner?

  2. For premature ejaculation (PE):

Try St Johns Wort (SJW). Take the SJW tablet about an hour or two before anticipated activity. How does SJW work to help PE? It is thought to work like a selective serotonin re uptake inhibitor (SSRI). The latter are a class of pharmaceutical drug often prescribed by Urologists, who are particularly specialised in sexual dysfunction, for PE. However, these drugs are not without side effects so it is best to try something natural (herbal) first.

Also there is an Ayurvedic herbal blend called "Speman" that is touted to help with PE:

That could be worth trying and you can get this in the UK:

It is also said to help with libido among many other benefits relating to sexual function and fertility.

There are also sprays and creams you can try:

For libido, others have mentioned many of the main herbal ones. Firstly make sure you get enough zinc in your diet and if necessary take a supplement containing 15mg zinc with 2mg copper. If you are going to take zinc for any length of time (> 1 month) then zinc and copper should be taken together because taking one without the other can lead to an imbalance of one over the other. Make sure you get enough protein in your diet and if you are not vegetarian then eat red meat as it promotes libido. Pumpkin seeds are a great source of zinc if you don't want to supplement and also great to help promote a healthy prostate gland. Drink chamomile tea as it contains inhibitors of the enzyme aromatase...this enzyme is known to reduce available testosterone by its conversion to oestrogen, in both men and women. Women can drink this too for improved libido. Others worth trying: the herb sarsaparilla and horny goat weed for both men and women. Also make sure you both get enough Vitamin E. Its great for the general well-being and helps preserve s*x hormones in the body.  I would take 400iu in capsule form. Some known foods with aphrodisiac properties: wild rocket, asparagus, figs, dates, watermelon, cucumbers, onion, garlic, leeks, oysters, ginger, chives, radishes, black pepper, honey, cinnamon, avocado, cayenne pepper, carrots, cardamom, fennel, bananas, anise, horseradish, oats, licorice and turmeric.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist first if you are on prescription medication because SJW increases the drug metabolising enzymes in the liver to speed up transit of drugs through the system, thus possibly causing sub-therapeutic levels of drug available.

    Best wishes.

  3. eat dates !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Well, there are several things you can take to help "ignite your passions". The most popular natural passion products are Tribulus, Maca, Horny Goat Weed, Yohimbe, Avena Sativa, Tongkat Ali (or LongJax), L-Arginine, and L-Citrulline. Each of those help a different aspect of sexual health, so you might need to try a few.

One thing to note is that Yohimbe does have a warning that it may increase your blood pressure, so you have to watch out for that. Aside from that, they are all very effective for many people. Good luck!

[edit]: One thing to note... Damiana is typically used by women, not men. Yes, it's safe for men to use, but it's commonly referred to as a "female tonic"... I've never heard of it helping with an erection for men.

  5. I believe http://www.mistermanpower.net will help you with the majority of the problems.  There are erection strengthening exercises that help you get stronger erections.  There are methods of having multiple orgasms without ejaculating, so that you can keep going on and on until the next o****m.  There are natural ways to boost your s*x drive/libido, and much more,  It has made a world of difference for my s*x life.  There are also cunnilingus tips on there.
