1. Why does the sit ups, with your hands on ur knees and running them up just passed you wrist look so retarded. I keeping thinking d**n this looks stupid. I recall doing the beep test 2 years ago when i was unfit and had a chest infection, and i reached 5 than.Seeing i have to reach 7.5 and am now fitter and stronger, is 7.5 a hard beep to reach?
