Pre MLB All-Star break suggestions.......????

Question

I would like some thoughts on my fantasy baseball team prior to the All Star break so I can get some ideas of changes I should make going into the second half of the season. Standard 5x5 Yahoo Public league.

1B - J. Baker (Until Ortiz comes back. Any other suggestions for a good temporary 1B?)

2B - D. Pedroia

How about moving Lowell to the 3B spot and Braun to the outfield.  It looks as though your outfield is the weakest link on your team.  You can then either move one of your bench players to the util spot or pick up the best available FA and plug them in there.  Everything else looks pretty good.  Although you'll probably feel better when those starters get off of the DL.  Good luck the rest of the way!!!

ok get c.j. wilson in the closing russ martin will be a middle player so maybe look for a new catcher a good back-up 1b is chris shelton-ryan howard-pujoles.keep pedroia he will help.defanatly keep braun. you can keep jeter. out field is pretty solid but you need some power so maybe try church and dejesus for josh hamilton. mike lowl is a good utility player. bench is good. keep joba for sure. keep matsuzaka, morrow and lackey . you got a good team. u only need to make a couple adjustments. ;0 good luck.

I would move Braun to the OF in place of Francouer(He is struggling).   Move Lowell to 3rd.  Drop Dejesus and pick up whoever is hot at the moment and keep him in your utility.  . Once he cools down, drop him for someone else who is hot.  Maybe look at Casey Blake or Ross Gload for 1b.  I would also drop Byrnes for a SP while your DL pitchers get healthy.

First of all, is this NL or AL, Ok Instead of Baker at 1B put in Jason Giambi, 2B Chase Utley, Improve on your outfield,put in players like Hamilton and Bradley they are both having a great season . Instead of Byrnes, I'd put in Melky Cabrera because of his arm and instead of DeJesus put in Reyes his speed will give a good advantage plus he has power. Instead of T. Jones put in Edinson Volquez because he has ten wins already and he his pitching like an All Star, Instead of Morrow put in Joe Saunders. Thank you for your time.

So far, your team is going really well. If Delgado is available, I'd pick him up for your 1B because he's good in post All-Star. Aubrey Huff is also a good 1B for post All-Star, but I bet he's not in the FA. I think your team will do very well after the All-Star game, because Hernandez, Marcum, and Ortiz will be back. They're all really important on your team, because Hernandez is an ace, Marcum is doing spectacular this season, and Ortiz is like, your only ''good'' first baseman.
