  1. check out wal-mart, cvs, walgreens, rite aid, or any drugstore. or look online for green dot cards, or reloadable visas. you just purchase the card in the store, the cashier charges you, as if you were making a purchase for however much you want to deposit, and then you're good to go. i think they will also send you a new card in the mail, with your name on it. but that's it.  look on the visa.com, mastercard.com, wal-mart.com, cvs.com, or google green dot card, i don't know the website. but that's it.

  2. A few options, I'm assuming that you're looking for something that can be reloaded instead of the Visa "gift cards" that are thrown away when they're used up.

    Moneymart offers a reloadable card;

    HorizonPlus offers some prepaid Mastercards;

    MuchMusic has a prepaid Mastercard as well;

    Of course these cards do nothing to build your credit rating, you may want to consider getting a "secured credit card" instead of a prepaid one.

    Hope this was some help.

  3. I know in America they sell them at stores, yet just to let you know they are very annoying.  You have to know the amount of money on them if you are paying for something and it is more then what is on the credit card and if it is out of money and you return something then your money is returned on the card!!! It is a pain!!!!!!
