Pre Season Football-do players get paid?

I thought I heard a long time ago that the players don't get paid for the pre- season games. Is this true?

They do get paid, but not much. It's a few hundred a week, I believe. The yearly salary comes out in 16 installments during the season.

Yes the players still get paid.  The payment is not as much as it is during the regular season, but they are paid because anytime you put your body on the line like they do, they deserve payment.  It is what the NFL has agreed upon.
