  5. I grew up in NYC-NY Metro area and I've never heard of it.  Then again I wasn't alive pre-WW2.

    I remember that I once wanted to find out about "Wink" soda, which was a pineapple flavor from Canada Dry.  

    I looked it up on this website:

    This is a store in LA that supposedly sells any soda that's still available.  I bet that at the very least they could give you some history on it.
