Pre-Wakeboarding Workout?

What are some good conditioning exercises to do before going wakeboarding? Preferably something that focuses on the upper body?

  1. i would focus on back muscle, start with a set of lat pull downs. Lats are an important role in wakeboarding, also do some bicep curls, not with a straight bar, use free weights, you shouldnt do to much before wakeboarding. STRETCH EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY. i recommend it.
