Pre-match Recipes For Tennis Players?

Okay so I played one match today around noon and tomorrow I'm scheduled to play at 8am. So what should I eat before then? Like what for dinner, for breakfast?? And what about after? I could possibly be playing again around 1pm tomorrow if I win the 8am match, so what should I eat before then? Please don't tell me just like carbs and protein. I would please like som examples of foods and/or recipes. Thanks and God bless :D

  4. Dinner=Spaghetti and Meatballs and Bread Vegetables

    carbs+protein to refuel, stay away from fruits as it will counteract the fiber and starch of the dinner refeul

    Breakfast= Toast/Muffin/Bagel/Fruit Smoothie (no sugar added)

    Since Match is early keep it light, stay away from sugary cereals and other such foods as the sugar spike and crash could drastically affect your play. Opposite of dinner, lay off on vegetables and eat fruit.

    Remember,Hydrating is the main key to any prep
