what is your pre meet day consist of lots of carbs or protien...what do you suggest coaches

  1. for big meets i eat spaghetti and alot of carbs. i also drink alot of water and gatorade. my favorite stroke to swim: breast. my favorite stroke to watch: fly.


  2. i like breast stroke but u get DQ easily on that so free style is probabalt the best

    my favorite stroke is back stroke

  4. eat some carbs [spaghetti!]. drink OODLES of water. relax. if it's an outdoor meet, tell the swimmers to stay out of the sun as much as possible. stretch a lot.

    favorite stroke= butterfly, but i can't swim it much anymore because i injured my shoulder swimming it. :[

  5. Not the swimmer in the house, but I cook the meals...lol... soo CARBS! and low on the refined sugar too. Lots of fluids starting well before the meet.  

    And I love your Pens icon, btw. My daughters favorite -- freestyle, followed by butterfly.
