Pre paid debit card (UK)?

Question

These sound very good and I am looking for one, but one that allows additional card holders (so my fiance and I can both by food with it). The ones I have found are either for abroad, charge monthly or charge for additional card holders.

The BaBee card is the best one I have found (as it gives discounts at Sainsburys and Waitrose, as well as Argos and others) but I don't think it allows an additional card holder which is an essential for us. Does anyone know of a different card they can recommend? (UK)

Why not just get a normal debit card with no overdraft facility from a bank?  At least then it's free, you don't have to pay for the starter pack but you essentially get the same thing.
