Pre-party guests- need cool ideas for things to do...?

Okay so now I have my 14th birthday planned and all set for in a couple of weeks. But I have a mini-problem.

Okay so one of my friends is coming over a couple hours earlier than my party. I thought we could watch a movie and stuff, but thats kinda what we're doing at my party...

So we need something to do from 12:45p to 2:30p thats fun, and wont make ME look like a DORK because she is kinda popular! LOL

What we're doing at my party:

Going to major cool arcade, coming back for dinner and sleepover.

WE'RE BOTH 14 By the way. :)

well you could give each other manicures/pedicures, sun bath(depending what part of the country your from of course), pool, just go to the mall...
