Pre race meal?

i'm running a 2 mile race tommrrow, and want to know what's good to eat like an hour or so before so i don't cramp up, because i'm trying to run sub 1030

  1. When I ran in high school and college, I always had dry cereal for breakfast.  Many runners also prefer bagels, dry toast, plain pancakes (sorry, no syrup!)

    Of course, all of this is assuming you are running in the morning. If you are running in the evening, a plain turkey sandwich is a good choice.


  2. dear do,t eat two days before any marathon or long run.

    Brocali, banana, avoid eat high fiber. you need to eat protein type of foods. like almonds, peanut soy milk. simen fish.

    try, at night you eat too much. but morning no need eat. after finish can eat water melon, some of soy milk and water a lot.
