  1. Do lots of stretching to loosen up your muscles. Going for a run every other day is also very helpful. This gets your muscles use to being used and will cause less soreness come season time. Take your glove blocker and two different sticks out to the road. The first should be a stick like the one you use on Ice. This will get you use to handling the puck/ball. The other should be a regular stick you should practice ball handling with/out your glove and blocker on. Get a brother or your friends to take shots with a tennis ball from quite far back while stand in the net with just your glove/blocker on. Tell them to shoot either side to help you remember that motion. Stretching wise do the stretches you would normally do when your in a game. Do them as if you were in a game . To make things easier strap your pads to your legs that will help them remember. Do basic stretches as well splits legs hamstring etc. Do this everyday regardless of how you feel. And finally  take about half and hour everyday or night (is better) and visualize yourself making saves and all the great saves you have done over your career. There thats all you need to know. PS I play goalie to Buddy.

  2. You should contact the local rink and see if they have drop-in or something like my local rink, and if they don't just play goalie in some roller hokey with some friends

  3. Run/jog

Play lots of roller hockey!..and videogames that involve using quick thinking and good reflexes.

Do lots of stretches, maybe even try pilates..it works out lots of muscles in every area!!
