Pre-written letters to Congress?

I am looking for a certain website that gives you pre-written letters meant to be sent to your representative. They had letters for whatever cause you were supporting.

I found it by accident once and now when I google for it I cannot find it.

i'm sure if you just search for your cause, you'll find whatever you're looking for.
