This belongs in politics.  It's not a religious war.

There is no country of Palestine.  It was the jews who were called Palestians until the mid-60s.  The Arabs haven't accepted a country of their own (beyond Jordan of course) although they've been offered.

Don't preach to people, listen.  Only then can change happen.  

As OneMarj said -- start with the educational system.  (For instance in PA state sponsored text books for kids talk about killing the Jews.)
