Precipitation and temperature for ecozone BOREAL PLAINS?

does anyone know the temperature range and total yearly precipitation of the BOREAL PLAINS. the website u got this information on and an chart or graph would be helpful (like a year chart of the average temp. and precipitation of each month) and the length of the growing season.
