how long do you think it takes for a raindrop to hit the ground? and where do they come from...i mean to say that they actually stay in the clouds until it rains? i dont understand...plz help me out with some guesses?? xD

  2. when water evaporates, it rises into the atmosphere until its temperature drops enough for it to cool and condense into water droplets. millions of these water droplets coalesce to form clouds, and as more and more water droplets stick together, the clouds get heavier and heavier. when it gets too heavy to withstand gravity, the water droplets fall to the ground as rain.

  3. I don't know how to measure its speed per drop. xD!

    but it actually forms cloud so it is in the clouds until it get so heavy that it has to let it go again.
