  1. One, and if McCain is elected that means women might not have control over their bodies soon after.  If Obama is in, it probably won't change much of anything.


  2. I am personally thinking 2 myself. A rather vile court if McCain makes the appointments. Go Obama !!!!!!!

  3. One or two will retire or perhaps die. If Grandpa McSame is elected we're insured of having more conservative judges presiding in the Supreme Court.

    Liberal judges feel that the courts duties are to promote liberties. Conservative judges feel that it is their responsibility to restrict them.

  4. 2.  Stevens and Ginsburg.  

    Thomas, Roberts, and Alito are too young.  They will have to drag Scalia's body off the bench.  And I don't think Souter or Kennedy are going anywhere.

  5. If Obama wins, the conservative judges will hold off on retiring (and hopefully dieing) so that obama cant replace them with a liberal judge.

    Same is for McCain.

    I think the answer is 0.
