my best mile is a 4 :59 right now so far. My best 2 mile is 11:07. This is in track. I did XC in the fall and ran a 17:36. But i did basketball in the winter. So im wondering what i would get for these events? im a freshman at Maine east. I really need suggestions if i should quit basketball and pursue track. When i ran the 17:36 in XC i didnt do summer running before. I joined late in the season. So wat should i do? and what would my times be?
