Prediction of snowfall for Pennsylvania this year?

I remember seeing a site one time that has a good idea on what the snowfall would be like in Pennsylvania. Is there still a place that does that? I'm praying for a near blizzard!

Unfortunately nothing can predict snowfall this far in advance.  Even in PA, the Philly area could get 2 feet of snow out of a Nor'easter while the Pittsburgh region gets nothing.

I am with you in hoping for a blizzard but to me the surprise of not knowing till it happens makes it that much better.
