what stuffed them up is that they gave all their draft picks away to get older players from other clubs.

like they gave away their 10th draft pick and paul medhurst so they could get tarrant.

and didn't they give away other draft pick to get that essendon guy johnson. In rd 1 when they played the pies it just proved that they were too old and too slow. Collingwood had young players and the dockers went for the older more experience players. In the end they ended up getting over runnned by the pies. In my opinion if they want to do good they need to keep hold of their young draft picks instead of trading them and start playing their young kids.

got some good players but i don't know about the 8.

they will win most of their home games i would think, and lose most away, probably finish just outside the 8, 9th-10th.

I don't think it will be nearly as bad as some say. I feel like they will finish in the Top 8, albeit towards the bottom. Sure, they have an older side, but that also means they have experience. The team will begin to gel in the next few games. Don't forget the inclusion of a few youngsters this weekend as well. Although, this will be a tough season, one thing is for sure - Freo will not go down without a fight.

Every year they're predicted to go well and every year they disappoint. They're the oldest side in the AFL and I'm gonna say they'll finish outside the 8, from 10-12

Too old, too slow. Not much to say, but same as any other year. Just falling short, of their true potential. Bottom 8 finish, most like 10th.
