Predictions for the California CA Bar Exam july/summer 2008 ---?

I have conducted, on my "free time" a study and probability analysis on the possible questions that will be part of the essay examination for the CA Bar exam this July 2008. The calculations were based on the patterns of the last 21 examinations of the CA bar. Here are the results of my calculations

Definitely will be on the exam:

Civ Pro (98%)

Contracts (89%)

Evidence (88%)

Real Property (65%)

Remedies and Professional responsibility cross-over (84%)

Corps/Agency/partnership (52%)

Everything else got a 50% chance or less.

What will NOT be on the exam (20% probability or less):

Torts

Wills

Trusts

Community Property

PR is 100% because CA wants to ensure ethical lawyers.  

How did you conduct your analysis?

I only looked at the last 10 or so...but I 100% sign on to Civ Pro (nothing in past 4 admins) and Contracts (nothing in past 3 admins) w/ Remedies. PR will obviously be there.

I came up with Corp/Agency, Real Property, Evidence in that order...
