  2. Michigan will probably lose to Wisconsin, Ohio State, and Penn State and finish with an 8-4 record before the bowl game.

  3. Here's what I've been calling for all along.

    Utah - L

    Miami (OH) - W

    @ Notre Dame - W

    Wisconsin - W

    Illinois - L

    Toledo - W

    @ Penn State - L

    Michigan State - W

    @ Purdue - W

    @ Minnesota - W

    Northwestern - W

    @ Ohio State - L

Bowl game: Outback Bowl - W

I know it's early but I've been right so far.

I stick to my 8-4 regular season prediction. Penn State looks to be a good team this year (beating a good Division I-AA team 66-10 really IS a big deal), Ohio State should be pretty solid, Illinois should be a good team, and Wisconsin will be decent, but a tad overrated. People for some reason think that Utah is a cupcake, so after the Utah loss (which they predicted a blowout win for Michigan), many are freaking out, thinking it'll be a losing season.

It won't be a losing season, but the Wolverines are not winning the Big 10 or going to the Rose Bowl or any other BCS bowl. Outback Bowl is more likely, but it's not exactly a shameful place to end up in, since it is a January bowl game afterall.

  4. 1-11

  5. 7-5 or 8-4

  6. 5-7

  7. Man you gotta be patient. Rich Rod's offense is working with a bunch of square pegs in round holes. All of his skill positions are freshman or sophomores and the line is young and patchwork at best. Threet showed he is definitely better than Sheridan though so look to him to be your starter against Miami, OH. McGuffie was okay but the blocking for him was horrendous. Don't expect too much out of him early. The defense and offense both got better as the game wore on which is a testament to Barwis and his conditioning program. If I had to hazard a guess I would say 7-5 for the year, but would not be surprised with worse, but as a true Blue fan I will hope for better. I make no reservations about the fact that the next two years will be building years. They will still be a blast to watch though. Don't listen to people saying RichRod was the wrong choice. He will get his athletes and he will be successful. Just not right away.

  8. 6-5 and they BEAT OSU.

  9. 6-6 OR 7-5
