Prednisone and Tylenol Mix?

I am currently taking 20 mg of Prednisone twice a day for 2 days and then once a day for 2 days after that. I am also about to have my period and cramps are a huge problem for me, i need to know if i can take Tylenol with Prednisone?? and if i cant what can i do to get rid of the cramps? If i can take a different medicine, asprin or midol or something??? Thanks please only answer if you know for sure.

Yes, tylenol is recommended with Prednisone. You are NOT supposed to take aspirin or ibuprofin.
