Predominantly black neighborhoods in Brampton or Ajax, Ontario?

I am an African American moving to either Brampton or Ajax and I am wondering if anyone can tell me where some predominatly black neighborhoods are in these cities?

I heard that most black neighborhoods in Brampton are in the northwest of the city, but i dont know the exact location.
