Pregnancy Dreams on Birth control?

I have been on birth control for about 4 months now. I actually have my period at the moment and last night i had this really detailed dream about being pregnant. i have had other dreams of pregnancy before as well as babies, etc. in this dream from last night, my boyrfriend and i were walking around thinking of baby names. anyway my question is, do the hormones in bc pills make you dream of pregnancy & babies? it may sound like a stupid question, but its interesting.

I have had many many dreams that I was pregnant and it hasnt happend yet. I was also on birth control for a year, year 1\2. The weird thing was that, in my dreams I would be pregnant with the baby, but i would never give birth in the dream. Crazy..
